◆ Flexibility:

Due to the mature stranding technology used in the conductor of the cable, which has the characteristics of resistance to mechanical impact and flexible bending, it can avoid the problems of terminal installation and delivery length that are often encountered when designing and installing rigid mineral insulated cables.

Low smoke:

According to IEC1034, smoke emission test was conducted, and GB/T17651.2-1998 was used to determine the smoke density of cables and optical cables during combustion under specific conditions. The test transmittance reached over 80% (standard is 60%).

◆ Halogen free:

Due to the use of inorganic materials for the insulation and sheath of mineral cables, without the usual PVC material, there is no acid gas generated even under fire conditions. According to the GB/T17650.2-1998 test for gas released during combustion of materials taken from cables, the pH value can reach 5.0 or above (standard requirement is ≥ 4.3), and the conductivity can reach about 1.0 (standard requirement is ≤ 10.0)

◆ Temperature resistance:

The cable can work for a long time in an ambient temperature of 125 ℃, replacing the low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable with a temperature resistance of 125 ℃.

◆ Corrosion resistance:

The cable insulation is made of inorganic mineral materials, and no additional measures can be taken during laying.

◆ High mechanical strength:

YTTW (BTTE), NG-A (BTLY), and RTTZ mineral insulated fireproof cable sheaths have high melting points and high resistance to mechanical impact under fire conditions. BBTRZ non-metallic flexible isolation fireproof cable, due to the special nature of its isolation layer material, generates a honeycomb like hard body structure inside the isolation layer under combustion conditions and can effectively resist external mechanical impact.

Customizable length:

Due to the fact that this series of products are all flexible mineral insulated fireproof cables, they can be bent into coils and packaged on cable reels. This essentially determines the infinity of its manufacturing length. Therefore, the factory can fully supply according to the design length requirements provided by the customer during manufacturing.

◆ Stability of insulation performance:

Due to the infinite length of the product, there is no need to consider the joints caused by insufficient length during installation. The fewer joints, the higher the insulation performance, and the less susceptible to moisture.

1. Rated voltage: 450V-1000V;

2. Rated current: single core 15A-1800A, multi core 16A-800A;

3. Insulation resistance: Insulation resistance ≥ 10000M Ω · KM. If the cable length is less than 100m, the insulation resistance is ≥ 10000M Ω · KM.
